The generator system for new energy vehicles (NEVs) is a crucial component used for energy conversion within the vehicle. It is capable of transforming the direct current (DC) electrical energy stored in the battery into alternating current (AC) mechanical energy required to drive the vehicle, enabling it to move. Additionally, in certain situations—such as during braking or downhill driving—the generator can operate in reverse, converting the vehicle’s kinetic energy back into electrical energy and recharging the battery.
